On Wednesday, March 29, at 8:15 am, our VP Bill Fredrickson will be presenting alongside Gregory Driver, PE, Supervisor of Telecommunications Engineering for the Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Division (MLGW).
In this session, titled Municipally-Owned Utility Case Study - Radio Replacement Project on the agenda, they'll review:
- The process associated with surveying technologies available in the marketplace and developing a specification.
- The challenge of tendering, evaluating, and selecting proposals from various suppliers.
- The implementation phase in a COVID, supply chain environment
- And a specific case study involving MLGW's need to replace its legacy analog trunking system with a new digital one.
