Mission Critical Control Room
In critical situations, effective and efficient communication is essential, with the dispatch system playing a pivotal role.
Leonardo's Mission Critical Control Room (MCCR) is the enhanced dispatcher solution that allows agencies and organizations to effectively coordinate emergency communications and manage day-to-day operations. This platform was built to meet the real needs of mission critical control rooms by supplying a full set of communication features: voice, messaging, data and video communications, subscriber management, access to supplementary services and integration with local services.
Dispatchers are able to communicate and connect seamlessly through our multi-vector server with standard narrowband communication systems (TETRA and DMR), analog systems and broadband networks (via smartphone app). Communicationg on a wide range of different systems, MCCR ensures that all teams stay connected and cooperate with each other. MCCR is designed and
developed to also integrate with next generation systems.
Geo-referenced environment for advanced situational awareness
The cartographic map precisely geo-localizes and tracks all resources, including field officers with mobile terminals, points of interest, and CCTV cameras. This map serves not only as a visualization tool but also as a powerful interface for swift command and resource deployment.
The operator can seamlessly interact with the map to initiate a call, dispatch a message, or stream live video from a camera. Additionally, they can circle a group of resources to facilitate direct communication.
MCCR: Features
- Geo-referenced environment for advanced situational awareness
- Able to integrate and connect resources that use different
technologies (TETRA, DMR, Analog, PSTN, Broadband) with an optimal level of coordination - Fully web-accessible anytime and anywhere from a single or multiple screen workstation, touch screen table or tablet in a fixed, mobile or distributed control room.
- Data exchange including text messages, images and video.
- A Communication Service Platform (CSP) that serves as a common core network allowing subscriber radios and smartphones to communciate using broadband radio access technologies
- Dispatchers can communicate with all field units simultaneously or individually.
- Innovative, multi-language, user-friendly interface, with high operational immediacy, flexibility and customizability
